Area of Origin: from the plants that grow in the town of Negrar in the heart of Valpolicella Classica.
Grapes Used: from red grapes of Corvina Veronese 70%, Rondinella 25%, Molinara 5%.
Age and conditions of the grape-gathering: hand picked and carefully selected after the second half of October.
Wine-making Process: the grapes are taking out from the grapestalk and pressed in a softly way. The must and the vinasse obtained have been fermented for 8 days with frequently reworking in order to have a good selection of colour and aroma.
Seasoning: after several workings sections grapes are seasoned for at least 12 months in bay oak and improved in bottle for at least 3 months.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WINE
Intense Ruby red, smoothly taste, full and clean with cherry and black cherry sensation.
Serving Temperature: 18°-20°C
Best coupled with: great wine for roast beef, red meat and seasoned cheeses.
